Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds's company wireless provider Mint Mobile is ready to acquire by T-Mobile in a deal price of around $1.35 billion.

Wireless giant T-Mobile is the second largest mobile service provider in the USA. Ryan Reynolds has owned 25% of Mint Mobile.

 In this $1.35 billion deal, 39% of the money is in cash and 61% in stock, according to the news flashes on the internet.

But, The final price for this deal will be based on Ka'ena's performance during specified periods before and after the closing.
